§ Mr. Robert C. BrownAs I explained to the hon. Member for Tynemouth (Mr. Trotter) on 27th July—[Vol. 954, c.886]—it would not be appropriate to make this report available as it is an internal document. Nevertheless, I hope to be able to announce the Government's decision on the report early next year.
