§ Mr. HoramAbout 271 miles of motorway in Great Britain are lit, of which 252 miles are in England and are my right hon. Friend's responsibility. I do not have information about the total amount of lighting on other dual carriageways in this country, some of which are the responsibility of local authorities, or on motorways and dual carriageways in other EEC countries.
