§ Mr. MulleyI assume that the Question refers to our refusal to accept an advertisement prepared by the Association of Scientific, Technical and Managerial Staffs for publication inSoldiermagazine. The decision was taken on the grounds that its basic theme ran counter to departmental policy on the question of union representation for the Armed Forces and that its dissemination in an official publication might have given the impression that this policy had been modified.
