§ Mr. Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether he is now in a position to state the approximate annual 490W amount of the Exchequer grant, additional to the resources made available by the Government through the rate support grant, that will be paid under the pro. visions of the proposed education Bill to local education authorities and other bodies in respect of expenditure incurred in, or in connection with, the teaching of the Welsh language or the teaching of other subjects through the medium of Welsh.
