§ Mr. HoramThe first five experiments on the use of speed control humps have now been completed. A report on the safety and effectiveness of these experiments is expected to be published by the Transport and Road Research Laboratory very early in the new year. My right hon. Friend will consider the possibilities for further legislation when the report has been received.
