§ Mr. Shersbyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he intends next to raise matters concerning the 1979 Community budget in the Council of Ministers.
§ Mr. JuddMy right hon. Friend has no plans at present to raise such matters in the Council (Foreign Affairs). The 1979 draft budget, with the amendments and modifications proposed to it by the European Assembly, will next be discussed at the Council of Ministers (Budget) on 20th November which my right hon. Friend the Chief Secretary to the Treasury hopes to attend.
