§ Mr. MoyleI am pleased to be able to announce that agreement has been reached with Portugal and it is expected that it will be possible for the formal document to be signed by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs on Wednesday, 15th November, The agreement will have to be ratified by both countries in the normal way before it can come into force.
