§ Mr. Les HuckfieldAs I said in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Sheffield, Heeley (Mr. Hooley) on 2nd August 1978, the Government's declared policy on trade with and investment in South370W Africa will be known to the NEB and its subsidiaries as to other British companies. The NEB and its companies will also be aware of Cmnd 7223 of 25th May, which commended the code of conduct adopted by the Governments of the nine member States of the European Community on employment practices for companies with interests in South Africa.
