§ Mr. Clinton DavisI understand that, because of the large number of applications that were received before the closing of the former noise insulation grants schemes for Heathrow and Gatwick, it is unlikely that all the work can be completed by the end of this year. I have decided, therefore, to extend the time allowed for completion of this work by six months. The necessary statutory 313W instruments will be laid before the House as soon as possible.
