§ Mr. Alec JonesThe Welsh Water Authority has decided that any occupier of a property with a rateable value of £5,000 or more will be supplied with a meter on request, provided he pays the cost of installation. It is not expected that this will have any noticeable effect upon the water charges payable by domestic consumers.
