§ Mr. Michael Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, following his reply of 23rd May to a Question from the hon. Member for Salisbury concerning the Pauls Dene Estate, he will now authorise the Property Services Agency to offer houses to their occupants on terms generally negotiable in the private sector with reductions in the range of 35 per cent. to 55 per cent., thus ensuring that public servants are not placed at a disadvantage.
§ Mr. MarksNo. Surplus Government houses not required in the public sector are offered for sale to occupants at figures which are freely negotiable and the occupants are not therefore disadvantaged.
