A variety of licences or certificates of registration are issued by the different inspectorates within the Executive under the relevant statutory provisions of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974. I am accordingly asking the Commission to provide the required information and I will publish this in the Official Report as soon as possible.
Any proposals for the extension of these requirements would be made by the Commission after it had carried out its normal statutory consultation procedure.
