Pursuant to their Answer of 11th May (Official Report, col. 1257), whether they will publish details of the records kept by each Department of the relevant items made available, as requested in the first part of that Question.

Although no central records are kept, sample inquiries have recently been carried out concerning information which Departments have published under the terms of Sir Douglas Allen's letter of 6th July 1977. Illustrative details are given below.
