§ Mr. Barry JonesArea health authorities provide community health councils with summaries of the recommendations relating to health matters contained in Health Advisory Service reports. Distribution of the full text of these reports on a wider basis than at present might tend to inhibit comments and suggestions by the staff of the hospital and local authorities, and this would diminish the value of the Health Advisory Service's work.
