§ Mr. Concannon17,255 jobs were being supported by temporary employment subsidy at 14th May 1978, the most recent available date. A total of 29,604 jobs have been supported since the inception of the temporary employment scheme on 18th August 1975 up to 14th May 1978. A classified breakdown of these jobs by industry is as follows:
proposals for the modernisation of either Divis Flats or Annadale Flats. I am, however, aware of the major problems which have arisen within the older part of the Divis complex and of the proposals which the Housing Executive has under consideration, and I will view these sympathetically when they are put before me. So far as Annadale Flats are concerned, I understand that there are no obvious structural defects to be dealt with and normal maintenance is being carried out by the executive.
