§ Mr. MoyleThe number of children on the register of local authority day nurseries and the maximum number of children permitted to receive full day care in registered premises are given below, as at 31st March 1975 and 1976. Statistics prior to 1st April 1974 would not be comparable because of local authority reorganisation, but information relating to the old local authorities is in the Library. Figures for 1977 are not readily available.
