§ 61. Miss Boothroydasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth 577W Affairs if, at the next meeting of Foreign Ministers of the EEC, he will impress upon his colleagues the need for further improvements in the aid programme to non-associate countries.
§ Mr. JuddThis matter was recently discussed at the Development Council of 25th April, where my right hon. Friend the Minister of State for Overseas Development pressed strongly for a substantially improved programme of aid for non-associates. We shall continue to urge the need for such a programme which we regard as vital.
