(2) how many people aged under 21 years in the United Kingdom were registered as unemployed in February and October 1974 and in February 1978.
§ Mr. GoldingI regret that the information is not available. Analyses giving the age of the unemployed and the length of time for which they have been registered are normally made in January and July each year, but the information was not collected in January 1974 because of an energy crisis.
