§ Dr. GilbertThe Government firmly believe in the desirability of achieving realistic and practical measures to control the arms trade, but to be effective 465W such measures must be based on international agreement by both suppliers and customers. We hope that the United Nations Special Session will give a spur to disarmament efforts in all fields.
