§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will introduce legislation to prohibit the payment of money to criminals for articles, radio and television appearances about their criminal exploits, and to provide that any money normally so paid would be put into a common fund for the benefit of the victims of crime.
