§ Mr. Parkinsonasked the Prime Minister if he will list the Government Departments and agencies which have the power to enter and search premises and the statutes under which such powers are given to them.

Friends the Chancellor of the Exchequer, the Secretaries of State for Energy, Environment, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Trade, Prices and Consumer Protection, the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and food, the Minister of State, Ministry of Defence, and the Under-Secretaries of State at the Departments of Health and Social Security, Employment, Industry and the Home Office.
