§ Mr. Churchillasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will now make a statement in regard to his previously expressed intention of placing members of Her Majesty's Armed Forces on the same footing as members of the Civil and Diplomatic Services in reimbursing houseowners for legal and accommodation costs involved in obtaining repossession of their homes.
§ Dr. GilbertAs I said in my letter of 11th May to the hon. Member, with effect from 1st April this year Service men may apply for reimbursement of legal costs arising from repossession on exactly the same basis as members of the Civil and Diplomatic Services.
