§ Mr. Edgeasked the Secretary of State for Employment why the Health and Safety Executive has not issued the report of a pilot study on health and safety in the universities contrary to assurances given that it would be circulated in the early part of the year; and when the Health and Safety Commission will be having discussions with the Association of University Teachers on the report.
