§ Mr. McElhoneStudies of methods of forecasting are carried out by the Transport and Road Research Laboratory, which has a branch in Scotland, and my right hon. Friend, in considering schemes, bears in mind the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Trunk Road Assessment in England, so far as they are relevant.
