§ Mr. Leeasked the Attorney-General if, in view of the judgment of the Court of the Community in the case of the Italian 169W Revenue v. S.A. Monza, Italy, and other similar cases in that Court, purporting inter alia to limit the legislative competence of the Parliament of the United Kingdom, and all other Common Market Parliaments, he will now make a statement setting out the extent to which the powers of Parliament have been reduced since 31st December 1972.
