§ Mr. Clinton DavisWe are not yet satisfied that there are a sufficient number of tugs available at Sullom Voe and Flotta capable of handling these very large tankers. In the light of the "Amoco Cadiz" disaster and the collision involving the "Eleni V", and as part of our178W review of contingency arrangements for dealing with maritime casualties liable to cause oil pollution of our coasts, we are considering the situation in the North of Scotland waters.
