§ Mr. Guy BarnettSuch an instruction would not be appropriate, as the design216W and content of the brochure are matters strictly for the Bureau to decide, but I understand that the purpose of the brochure was to publicise abroad the advantages of the United Kingdom as a whole for office employment, and not those of any particular centre within the country.
