§ Mr. Hugh D. BrownA great deal of Government research into condensation has been carried out and the results have been made available to local authorities. It is a problem of great concern to me, and the Scottish Development Department will gladly advise authorities facing special difficulties. My right hon. Friend is also prepared to accept the capital cost of approved remedial works as eligible for housing subsidy.
