§ Mr. EnnalsThe Health Service Commissioner has, as in earlier years, made a single annual report on the performance of his functions in England, Scotland and Wales. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland, my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Wales and I presented the report (HC417) to the House on Tuesday 16th May. It will be published tomorrow and copies will be available from the Vote Office.
