§ Mr. John GrantAll work activities, with the exception of domestic work in private households, are already subject to the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and, as I explained in my answer to the hon. Member on 8th May—[Vol. 949, c.380]—the Act is binding on the Crown.
