Friend gave to his Question on 14th February—[Vol. 944, c. 188.] In addition, I have invited local education authorities to provide, in their responses to my Department's Circular 14–77, an account of the steps they have taken to promote the development in their schools of coherent policies for language development in the light of the Bullock Report.
