§ Mr. Denis HowellMy colleagues and I are attending the series of conferences which the regional councils for sport and recreation are holding at my request on the future of leisure provision. Making the fullest use of resources in the interests of the community is a central feature of these conferences. I shall make an announcement about follow up action in due course.
