§ Mr. HoramSubject to the satisfactory completion of the statutory procedures and to the availability of funds, work is planned to start next February for completion in three months. The142W additional land requirement is 545 square metres. The cost of acquisition is a matter for negotiation between the vendors and the district valuer.
