§ Mr. GoldingI am informed that the Manpower Services Commission has not yet received any proposals for training workshop or community service schemes in the Burton on Trent and Uttoxeter areas. Applications for such schemes in these areas will be welcomed. 106 places on other types of schemes have been provided under the youth opportunities programme and proposals for a further 45 places are under consideration.
