§ Mr. Trotterasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what action he now proposes to take to ensure the construction of the new fish harbour at North Shields, plans for which were prepared in 1973, having regard to the recent recommendation of the Trade and Industry Sub-Committee of the Expenditure Committee that such a harbour is necessary.
§ Mr. John SilkinThis is a matter which I shall consider in relation to the future of other ports and the United Kingdom's future fishing opportunities.
