§ Mr. StrangDr. B. A. Cross, BSc, MA, PhD, ScD, MRCVS, FRS, Director of the ARC Institute of Animal Physiology at Babraham, Cambridge, has recently retired from the committee. My right hon. Friends and I wish to record our appreciation of the valuable contribution Dr. Cross has made to the committee's work.
