§ Mrs. HartHer Majesty's Government provides humanitarian aid only through recognised Governments and international organisations. I would be prepared to consider providing medical or other humanitarian assistance for Eritrea if a request were made through those channels, but I have no plans to provide assistance to the Eritrean Liberation Front.
