§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales what discussions he has had with the Welsh National Water Development Authority concerning the advice it gives to local authorities in relation to 22W granting planning permissions for extending buildings over public sewers, in accordance with the provisions of Section 25 of the Public Health Act 1936.
