Q39. Mr. Andrew F. Bennett

asked the Prime Minister if he is satisfied with the co-ordination to prevent mountain accidents, and to carry out rescues, between the Ministry of Defence in the use of helicopters, the Department of the Environment, the local police, the national parks authorities, education authorities, the Ordnance Survey, voluntary mountain rescue groups, and the Sports Council.
