§ Mr. Kilfedderasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what representations he has received for similar legislation to the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970 to be enacted in Northern Ireland, what are the names of the organisations which have made the representations; and how many individual letters have been received to this effect.
§ Mr. CarterSince the Secretary of State took office in September 1976, this matter has been raised in the House on five occasions; five letters have been received from three individuals; and representations have been made by the Northern Ireland Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus.
