§ Mr. Priorasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will arrange to have published in the Press notice which accompanies each month's unemployment figures (a) a table showing the number of people assisted by each of the various employment and training measures each month over the past three years and (b) a table showing the number of vacancies notified to employment offices each month which are attributable to the various job creation schemes since these schemes were first introduced.
§ Mr. Golding, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 8th May 1978], gave the following information:

I am informed by the chairman of the Health and Safety Commission that the following increases may exceed the criteria suggested in the question.
The licence fees payable under the Explosives Act 1875 to local authorities, which have remained unchanged since 1968, were increased on 3rd April 1978 as follows:
- (a) The maximum fee payable for licensing of an Explosives store from £2.25 to £17.50.
- (b) Annual Renewal of (a) from £0.63 to £17.50.
It is proposed shortly to lay before the House proposals to increase the licence fees for petroleum spirit licences payable, under the Petroleum (Regulations) Acts 1928 and 1936, to local authorities and harbour authorities, and which also have been in force since 1968, as follows:
the same basis prior to that date is not available.
