asked the Secretary of State for Employment how many registered disabled men and women were registered unemployed in each of the last five years at the latest available date; and what percentage they represent by sex and in total.

I am advised by the Manpower Services Commission that the information which relates to Great Britain is as follows:

the question again in the course of the next annual review of licence fees. Bona fide charities have been exempted from the application of the Act by regulations and it is therefore open to any employment agency which has charitable purposes to apply for registration as a charity to gain the benefit of the regulations.
