§ 32. Sir G. de Freitasasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what reply he has given to the complaint on rate support grant in a letter dated 28th April from the leader of the Northamptonshire County Council with support from all political parties and teachers' organisations that Northamptonshire has been unfairly treated in the grant distribution formula.
§ Mr. ShoreI replied to this letter today saying that I would be prepared to see a deputation from Northamptonshire to discuss the distribution of rate support grant.
