§ Mr. Richard Wainwrightasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what funds the Government have made available in the current financial year to support voluntary community and social work in Oldham and Kirklees.
§ Mr. JohnCentral Government made available an estimated £46.5 million in 1977–78 for the support of a wide variety of voluntary organisations in the field of community and social work. Much of this money was for organisations whose work is on a national scale and it is not possible to identify the funds which are available to a particular locality.
