§ Mr. McElhonePlanning authorities have powers to acquire neglected properties under Sections 102—(compulsory acquisition, 104—compulsory acquisition of a listed building where a repairs notice has been served—and 109—acquisition by agreement—of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972.
