§ Mr. GoldingI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that this information is not available. The youth opportunities programme began on 1st April, and the first statistical returns, which will include information on recruitment of both young people and adults to the programme, will not be available until May. I shall write to the hon. Member at that time giving him the information which he requires.
