He is not, however, to the best of our knowledge, a member of the Rhodesia Front and is not considered to come within the categories of persons connected with Rhodesia who are to be made subject to passport and travel restrictions in accordance with the statement made in the House by the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs on 27th June 1968.
