§ Mr. MeacherThe figures given in my reply of 13th February—[Vol. 944, c.58] —were based on the results of the census of distribution for 1966 and 1971. No official estimates are available for the years 1967 to 1970 and since 1971. as there were no censuses of distribution in those years.
