§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisThe rules governing the acceptance of hospitality by civil servants, including hospitality offered by advertising agencies, were referred to in my answer to my hon. Friend the Member for Ormskirk (Mr. Kilroy-Silk) on 10th March [Vol. 945, c. 825]. I am informed that officials in the Departments for which I have responsibility who have contact with outside organisations accept hospitality in strict accordance with these rules.
