§ Mr. Kenneth Clarkeasked the Secretary of State for Transport whether he will make a statement on the progress of his evaluation of possible improvements to the A52 between Nottingham and Grantham and associated roads and, 808W in particular, of proposals for a road between Gamston and Lings Bar, a Bing-ham bypass and a new Radcliffe-on-Trent bypass.
§ Mr. HoramReports on possible improvements to this section of road are expected this summer. Until these are available we cannot comment on particular proposals. The road between Gamston and Lings Bar is a principal road scheme in the county council's programme.
